Stable sequelae of pulmonary sarcoidosis, including focal areas of scarring/architectural distortion, air trapping, bronchiectasis with mucus plugging.

The mucous plugging in the airways of the medial basal segment of the left lower lobe (most severe portion of bronchiectasis) is improved
