    • PSUD, housing instability presenting for foot pain. Patient endorses prior podiatry surgery on his left lower extremity. Patient reports his housing instability and intermittently no socks or footwear walking barefoot on street. Patient denies lacerations, IVDU to foot.

    • congestion, rhinorrhea, cough productive of yellow sputum. Denies fevers, chills, chest pain, shortness of breath.
