male with history of Birt Hogg Dube Syndrome and known prior
pneumothorax presents for follow up
Small, thin-walled cystic lesion seen predominantly in the lower
lungs, some along pleural and fissural surfaces.
In this clinical setting
of known Birt-Hogg-Dube syndrome these cystic lesions are characteristic of the syndrome.
The cysts are essentially unchanged in size except for one of the cysts abutting the pleura adjacent to the posterior aspect of the GE junction which has changed in size and shape, becoming smaller and more ovoid
