• Extensive periarticular macrocalcifications
  • presumablywithin the joint capsules of all the IP joints
  • about the radial margin of the carpal bones and thumb CMC joint.
  •  chronic volar dislocations of the DIP joints of the index,
    middle, and ring fingers, with adjacent bony remodeling.
  • central erosive changes
    • thumb IP joint,
  • no marginal erosive changes proximally at the carpal rows.Differential diagnosis
    • erosive osteoarthritis or
    • psoriatic arthritis.
