here is absent perfusion to the right middle and right lower lobe of the lung and there is absent perfusion a small portion of the posterior basal segment of the left lower lobe of the lung that demonstrate intact ventilation in these areas constituting mismatch. When correlated with CTPA  these mismatched findings correlate to a lack arterial blood supply secondary to the anatomic lack of branching arterial blood vessels.
