  • lung nodules detected incidentally on a CT
  • CT scan
    • multifocal ground glass opacities in the
    • upper lobes bilaterally, including a
      • dominant 2.2cm right upper lobe ground glass nodule
      • 0.8cm right upper lobe ground glass nodule,
      • 3.2cm area of scarring with bronchiectasis in the left upper lobe
        • adjacent ground glass opacity.
    • PET
      • RUL hypermetabolic lesion
      • Less hypermetabolic LUL GGO – adenocarcinoma
