61 year female with  COVID PNA 9 months ago

Had  acute hypoxic respiratory failure: symptoms
-RX  IV remdesivir (day 2/5) and PO dexamethasone (day 2/10)
– currently requiring 2-3L via NC, to wean as able
– inflammatory markers mildly uptrending (CRP 54 -> 62.2, ferritin 689 -> 1037), to trend

Body mass index is 28.
