84-year-old female with history of adenocarcinoma manifesting as a pneumonic infiltrate in the posterior segment of the left upper lobe associated with multicentric foci of solid and ground glass nodules with most recent PET/CT  showing mild uptake in the left upper lobe lesion bilateral lung nodules, some with significant uptake and hypermetabolic lymph nodes in the mediastinum

Pathology

Core fragment of tan soft tissue measuring 2.0 cm in length and 0.1 cm in diameter.

LEFT UPPER LOBE CONSOLIDATION:
Adenocarcinoma, acinar predominant with mucinous differentiation. TTF-1 and napsin A  immunohistochemical stains are focally positive
