WF Atelectasis

Frontal CXR shows a consolidation in the right upper lobe associated with rightward mediastinal shift and elevated hemidiaphragm consistent with right upper lobe atelectasis. The cause in this case was a bronchogenic carcinoma of the right main stem bronchus with dominant obstruction of the right upper lobe.
