79 year old male presenting with a mediastinal mass as a manifestation of lung cancer with no obvious primary parenchymal lesion.
CXR shows a mass like lesion to the right of the superior mediastinum confirmed as a mass on axial and coronal CT imaging. No lung masses were identified. Noted liver metastases on the coronal projection
